Dan received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology. He then attended their Masters program while working through an internship at the Long Island Lighting Company. He then spent five years consulting in the computer Industry before joining ION seven years ago. He is a member of the SANS Institute Advisory Board. Olav has Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. While working towards his master’s degree at Stony Brook, Olav worked as a systems administrator in the student computer lab. After receiving his masters Olav was hired by a technology consulting company as a systems consultant. He spent four years at there before joining ION 3 years ago. Robert Lyons has worked in the IT industry since 1995. He is experienced in the deployment and troubleshooting of all types of hardware and software across all Windows desktop and server operating systems. Not only is he experienced with the hands-on aspect of deployments but also the overall project coordination required for large-scale efforts. He has the ability to communicate well with his peers and customers, as well as the highest levels of management.
